Took a nice 3 hour ride today. BG at the end was 126. No post ride bolus, just set my temp basal back to 100% normal.

Other simple things to be thankful for:








Major split 6 lane road in Durham on Thanksgiving. Not a single car in sight. Taken from the middle of the intersection. :)




Time for some dinner. Let's see.... Key Lime Pie FIRST right?
