Feeling even worse today about my performance yesterday. Really, really down. Didn't even leave the house today, or clean the bike. Just hung it up as is. Ignoring all phone calls... I can't bring myself to talk to anyone today.
I am so disappointed. I have not yet begun to figure out what I could have done differently. Maybe I should have modified the morning bolus for the high, and..... forget it. I can't talk about it now...
