A more detailed post to follow, but I am AMPED about today's 12 Hour MTB race sim field work in support of Chris' Masters Thesis. I mean AMPED!!

Here is the Navigator line graph since noon:





Target BG was set at 150, and range in Navigator was 80-180.

Avg: 124
Above Target: 2%
Within Target: 93%
Below Target: 5%

It just doesn't get any better than that while riding at a race simulation pace.

Thanks Chris for all the effort you have put forth in getting me dialed in. Thanks to George, Jay, Pryde, and Greg who came out to ride with me, and support the study.

It was a GREAT DAY!!
