Part of course we missed added a good 14 minutes to the lap time. BGs generally ok, but I screwed up my hydration. Suffering a little so taking 20 or so minutes to fix.

Rear shifter on Superfly went bye bye on lap 1. Switched to HiFi on lap 3. I have 4 in so far, and am 2 laps behind leader. 32 miles, targeting 88-92 total. Winner will do 14-15 laps.

Will head back out when nausea from dehydration goes away. Just keep turning the pedals.

George is doing great. He destroyed his chain, and is slightly dehydrated as well. Lots of crashes today.
